The purpose of the Advanced course 

In the Advanced course you will increase the number of kilometers. Your muscle strength will increase and attention will be paid to your running technique, so you will learn to run even more efficiently. You train once a week together with the running group and twice a week you run without a trainer based on a personal schedule. In the months leading up to the spring and autumn marathons, Running Amsterdam organizes beautiful runs on Sundays to get you in that competition shape.
