Half Advanced

You can already run for 30 minutes straight and you know you can do more! You want a follow-up to our Beginners course. Whether you want to push your limits in distance or speed, improve your fitness, or you are looking for the stimulation of running in a group, then the intermediate course is for you.


Fit and healthy live through running

You know that running can be fun, your fitness is good, but you need more intensive training. The training will increase your muscle mass, burn even more calories and reduce your fat percentage. You will notice that your nutritional needs change and you feel more like eating healthy food.

The content of the Half Advanced course

In the course you train in a group led by a trainer who will guide you for more than an hour per week for 13 weeks so that you can run for approximately 60 minutes at a time at the end of the course. You will also receive a running schedule to train alone or together with your running buddies (which you will undoubtedly learn in the course). In this running course you will receive varied exercises that improve your running technique and strength and you will expand your endurance and fitness.

What can you expect from the Half Advanced Course?

The Half Advanced course is given at various locations. The aim of the training is to get you to run for approximately 60 minutes in a row. The training sessions are more intensive than those of the Beginners course. The aim is to become faster and cover more distance within 60 minutes. The trainer will of course always take into account the level of the runner where injury prevention is trained.
