From Beginner to Advanced we have what you need

You have running experience or you are just starting but you want more variety and learn to run better technically? Do you want to be able to run more efficiently and in control? Then this Running Amsterdam is really something for you! Training in with us is not only fun, it is especially motivating.

Levels of training courses

Beginners course

Do you have little fitness and would you like to learn how to run properly without injuries? Then a beginners course is for you. Under the guidance of a professional trainer, you will work on your fitness and running technique so that you can run for 30 minutes at a time after the course.

Half Advanced

You can already run for 30 minutes straight and you know you can do more! You want a follow-up to our Beginners course. Whether you want to push your limits in distance or speed, improve your fitness, or you are looking for the stimulation of running in a group, then the intermediate course is for you.

Advanced

As an experienced runner, you already run regularly, but you want to push your limits. Making kilometers, improving speed, longer distances, maybe even training for the half or full marathon. After the Advanced course, your running performance will be at a high level.

Our training locations

Amsterdamse Bos

Every Saturday morning at 9:30 the runners gather at the lockers and then train in the Amsterdamse Bos. In this running group you will learn general running technique from an experienced trainer, running on different types of surfaces, but also injury prevention, coordination, development of strength and endurance, getting faster, sense of pace, breathing, heart rate and competition preparation will receive ample attention. Sportpark de Schinkel

Every Saturday afternoon at 12:00 the runners gather at Sportpark de Schinkel and then train on the track. In this group you will learn specific sprint & running technique from an experienced trainer, running and sprinting drills, coordination, development of strength and endurance, getting faster, sense of pace, starting and competition preparation will receive ample attention. These trainings are done with spikes and running shoes.

Rembrandtpark

We will start with two groups on Tuesday at the beginning of January 2025. If you would like to join we still have spots available for Beginners and Half Advanced. The Beginners/Half Advanced train from 19:00 to 20:00 and Advanced from 20:00 to 21:00.

This is a 13 week membership where you train once a week with a professional trainer and get an training schedule you need.

This is a half yera membership where you train once a week with a professional trainer and have all Starter Membership benefits plus some exclusive training sessions.

This is a year membership where you can train twice a week with a professional trainer and all Regular Membership benefits besides that you will get a full body check at our training centre once a year.
